If you would like to hear a notification play when a call is available to accept, follow the steps below. Note: This article currently only applies to Microsoft Edge.
Open the Edge browser
In the top right corner click on the three horizontal dots to access 'Settings and more'
From the 'Settings and more' menu select Settings
In the search box enter 'Media autoplay'
Open media autoplay and click on 'Add site' to enter https://csusm.crm.dynamics.com. Click Add.
Incoming Dynamics calls will now play a notification sound.
