1. Access Copilot Service Admin Center
  • Go to csusm.crm.dynamics.com.
  • Use the app selector to choose Copilot Service Admin Center.

2. Navigate to Queues
  • On the left menu, select "Customer Support."
  • Click on "Queues" to view advanced queues.

3. Manage Advanced Queues
  • Click "Manage" next to Advanced Queues.

4. Add Users to a Queue
  • Select your desired queue (e.g., test queue).
  • Click the "Add User" button on the right.
  • Search for users by name.
  • Select the radio button next to the user to add them.
  • To add multiple users, use "Add Users" and select more than one.
  • Note: Searching allows adding one user at a time.

5. Remove Users from a Queue
  • In the user section, click "See more."
  • Click the delete box next to the user you want to remove.
  • Changes are saved automatically; no need to click save.

6. Finish
  • Click "Cancel" to exit the process.
