1. Access Copilot Service Admin Center
- Go to csusm.crm.dynamics.com.
- Use the app selector to choose Copilot Service Admin Center.

2. Navigate to Queues
- On the left menu, select "Customer Support."
- Click on "Queues" to view advanced queues.

3. Manage Advanced Queues
- Click "Manage" next to Advanced Queues.

4. Add Users to a Queue
- Select your desired queue (e.g., test queue).
- Click the "Add User" button on the right.
- Search for users by name.
- Select the radio button next to the user to add them.
- To add multiple users, use "Add Users" and select more than one.
- Note: Searching allows adding one user at a time.

5. Remove Users from a Queue
- In the user section, click "See more."
- Click the delete box next to the user you want to remove.
- Changes are saved automatically; no need to click save.

6. Finish
- Click "Cancel" to exit the process.
