1. Access the Admin Center
  • Go to csusm.crm.dynamics.com.
  • Verify you are in the Customer Service Admin Center app.
2. Navigate to Calendar
  • Use the left-hand scroll menu to find "Calendar."
  • Select "Operating Hours Manage."

3. Edit or Create Operating Hours
  • Click on an existing segment (e.g., EMS financial aid scholarships) or create a new one.
  • Verify the name and description.

4. Set Working Hours
  • Go to the "Working Hours" sub-tab.
  • Add hours by picking a starting day and setting recurrence (single day, every day, every week, or custom).
  • Select specific days and set different hours as needed.

5. Configure End Date
  • Optionally, set an end date for the series or let it run indefinitely.

6. Save and Adjust Series
  • Save your settings.
  • To edit, select "Edit all events in the series" and adjust the end time as needed.

7. Add New Series
  • After one series ends, add a new one for future dates.

8. Add Holidays
  • Select a holiday, enter a reason, and save.
  • The day will show as outside office hours.

Tip: Ensure the correct time zone is set for all hours.
